一、品牌授权模式简介:

1.Pattern Introduction:

获得我社品牌授权的海外加盟合作伙伴可以在当地其开设的教学机构、推出的课程、产品及服务的名称里使用“北京语言大学出版社”字样,如“北京语言大学出版社(北语社)授权语言培训中心”、或简称如“北语社HSK课程”等。加盟伙伴可以在北语社国际教育中心官网获得官方认证、广告推广;可以享受折扣价格订购北语社本版教材、在线培训、远程服务、教师招募和训练支持。可以免费获得北语社市场策划和宣传,完善的运营管理和支持,主要经营者的专业培训,以及持续的产品研发。

We brand authorized overseas partners with the use of the word "Beijing Language and Culture University Press" in their local agencies, products and services, such as "Beijing Language and Culture University Press (BLCUP) Authorized Language Training Center", or simply as "BLCUP HSK Course" and so on.

三、品牌授权费

        3.Licensing fees

第一,初始费用:

   3.1 Initial fee:

对400平方米(4300平方英尺)-2000平方米(21500平方英尺sq.ft)营业面积的机构将收取一次性品牌授权费用5万美金

A one-time licensing fee of $50,000 will be charged to organizations with 400 square meters (4,300 sq.ft) to 2,000 square meters (21,500 sq.ft) of floor space.

对于2000平方米(21500平方英尺sq.ft)以上营业面积的机构将收取一次性品牌授权费用 10万美金。

A one-time licensing fee of $100, 000 will be charged to organizations with more than 2, 000 square meters (21,500 sq.ft) of floor space.

此费用是一次性的同时,每个海外加盟商在发展一家新的语言中心时,都要支付此笔费用。

This fee is one-time and is payable by each overseas franchisee when developing a new language center.

针对“一带一路”沿线国家或中华人民共和国有重点扶持政策的海外地区,可视具体情况支持分期付款。

For One Belt And One Road countries or those countries supported by the key supporting policies of People's Republic of China, payment by installment can be supported according to specific conditions.

第二,经营期间缴纳费用:

3.1 Fees during operation:

持续经营的费用包括占销售额5%的品牌管理费,及每年5000美金的产品研发及系统支持分摊费用。这些费率和费用在品牌授权合同签定之后5年内保持不变。

Fees during operation includes a brand management fee of 5% of sales of the year, and an annual contribution of $5,000 for product development and system support. These rates and fees remain unchanged for 5 years after the brand licensing contract is signed.
